  Member of Philadelphia Academy of Surgery, but not a member of MPACS.
• 04 - Resident – $125.00
  Resident member of MPACS and/or ACS.
• 05 - Medical Student – $85.00
  Current Medical Student and member of MPACS and/or ACS
• 06 - Non Member – $275.00
  Not a current member of MPACS, ACS, or PAS
• 07 - Affiliate Member – $125.00
  Non-physician member of MPACS, ACS, or PAS
• 08 - Institution Table – $1,200.00
  Institutions can opt to purchase a full table for the event. Seating for up to 8 attendees. Attendee list must be submitted to info@mp-acs.org not later than September 7, 2021.
